Privacy Policy
FundoraTrade (fundoratrade.com) publishes trading education, a weekly gold outlook, trading calculators and broker and exchange reviews. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. We receive your name, your email address, the subject and message you write, and the page you sent it from. The form sends this to our mailbox by email; it is not stored in the site’s database. We use it only to answer you. To stop spam, the site keeps a counter linked to a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour.
When you message our Telegram support bot. If you write to @FundorataTradeHelp_Bot, we receive your Telegram name, username and numeric ID, your Telegram language setting, which of our pages or channels sent you to the bot, and the messages and files you send. The bot passes them to a private Telegram group that only the FundoraTrade team can read, so we can answer you in the same chat. On our server the bot keeps only what it needs to deliver answers (your ID, name, username, language, where you came from and message numbers); the messages themselves stay in Telegram, and are held on our server for a short time only if they cannot be delivered at once. Telegram’s own privacy policy also applies to these chats.
When you click a partner link. Some links to brokers and exchanges go through a short address on our site (for example fundoratrade.com/vantage). When you click one, the site records the click: the time, your IP address, your browser and the page you came from. It also sets a cookie so a repeat click is not counted as a new visitor. We use this only to count how many readers visit each partner.
Server and security logs. Like almost every website, our hosting server and our security plugin record technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time. We use them to keep the site running and to block attacks.
What we do not do
- We do not add analytics, advertising or tracking code from other companies (such as Google Analytics or ad pixels) to our pages.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.
Cookies
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A cookie is set only when you click a partner link (see above) or when a site administrator signs in.
Partner sites and social networks
When you open a broker’s or an exchange’s website from our pages, you leave FundoraTrade. That company may use its own cookies to record that you came from us (this is how our affiliate commission is counted), and its own privacy policy covers anything you do there, including opening an account. Partners may send us reports such as the number of sign-ups; we do not ask them for your documents or account details. Links to Telegram, X and Facebook also take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Who can see your information
Only the FundoraTrade team and the companies that run our hosting and email (and Telegram, for messages sent to our support bot). We give information to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact messages, including chats with our support bot, are kept only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. Click records and server logs are kept for a limited time for statistics and security.
Your choices
Through our contact page or our Telegram support bot you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Age
FundoraTrade is meant for adults, and trading carries a high risk. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
